Meet The Doctor

Endodontist Evan S. Halpern, DDS

Dr. Halpern was born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Altadena, CA. A graduate of John Muir School, Dr. Halpern gained early acceptance to and earned his BA from the University of Pennsylvania. He then received his DDS degree from UCLA in 1997. After practicing general dentistry for 3 years, He attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and received his certification in Endodontics in 2002.

 

After working as an associate for three years, Dr. Halpern opened his private practice limited to Endodontics in Rialto in 2005. As a result of his success and practice growth, Dr. Halpern moved the office to Rancho Cucamonga, CA in the fall of 2007.

 

While at UCLA, Dr. Halpern met his wife Karen. They have two wonderful children, Amanda and Jason. During his free time, Dr. Halpern enjoys spending time with his family, bowling, biking and travelling. Evan and Karen also enjoy rooting for the  L.A.Lakers, L.A.Dodgers, and any UCLA team.

Office Manager -
Gabriela Navarrete

She started in the dental field in the year 2000 as a dental assistant, and then went on to assist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for a period of four years. Finally, she went on to assist in Endodontics and eventually became acquainted with the administrative and managerial roles of running the practice.

In her spare time, Gabriela enjoys spending quality time with her family and her son. She also enjoys watching the Dallas Cowboys, and going to theme parks, and has been a life long fan of Disney and namely Mickey Mouse.
 
 
                                            
  

Lead Assistant - 
Esmeralda Abarca-Hernandez

Esemeralda started working in the dental field in the year 2000 as a general dental assistant for a period of three years. She also has experience in other specialties in dentistry including Pedodontics, Periodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and last but not least, she has been working with doctor Halpern in Endodontics since 2005.

In her spare time, Esmeralda loves spending time with her daughter and fiancé. Esmeralda is an avid supporter of the L.A. Dodgers and the L.A. Lakers. Esmeralda loves working out and running.
 
 
                                        
 
 

Treatment and Financial Coordinator -
Jeanett Ramirez  

 
Jeanett has been working at Root 66 Endodontics since 2006. She has had many roles in our practice including billing, marketing, and finally treatment and financial coordinator.
In her spare time Jeanett enjoys spending time with her husband and son who was born in 2010. Jeanett also enjoys dancing and socializing with her friends and family. Her long term goals include becoming a message therapist or maybe pursuing a career in psychology.  
 
 
                                              
 
  

Marketing Coordinator and Dental Assistant -     
Jesse Torres

 
Jesse has been working in the dental field since 1995. He has had a wide variety of experiences within different specialties in dentistry including, General dentistry, Periodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and has been working in Endodontics at our practice since 2007. Jesse is also the marketing coordinator and representative for our office.
In his spare time Jesse enjoys spending time with his family and quad biking with his children. Jesse is aslo a big Raiders, L.A.Lakers, and L.A.Dodgers fan.
 
 
                                             
 
 

Dental Assistant -
Adrian Salinas 

 

Adrian started dental assisting at our office in 2008. Adrian has great people skills and is very compassionate and empathetic to our patients and their needs. He aspires to be a fire fighter. In his spare time, Adrian enjoys supporting the Dallas Cowboys and working on his car. He also enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his nephew and nieces.
