Endodontist EVAN S. Halpern, DDS
Dr. Halpern was born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Altadena, CA. A graduate of John Muir School, Dr. Halpern gained early acceptance to and earned his BA from the University of Pennsylvania. He then received his DDS degree from UCLA in 1997. After practicing general dentistry for 3 years, he attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and received his certification in Endodontics in 2002.
After working as an associate for three years, Dr. Halpern opened his private practice limited to Endodontics in Rialto in 2005. As a result of his success and practice growth, Dr. Halpern moved the office to Rancho Cucamonga, CA in the fall of 2007.
While at UCLA, Dr. Dr. Halpern met his wife Karen. They have two wonderful children, Amanda and Jason. During his free time, Dr. Halpern enjoys spending time with his family, bowling, biking and travelling. Evan and Karen also enjoy rooting for the L.A.Lakers, L.A.Dodgers, and any UCLA team.
Endodontist Hadi sHBEEB , DDS
Dr. Shbeeb was born in Santa Barbara, California and raised in Orange County, Ca. Dr. Shbeeb earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of California Irvine in 2006 and earned his DDS degree at the University of Southern California in 2011. Dr. Shbeeb continued his training at the GPR program in Loma Linda VA Hospital and afterwards worked as a general dentist in private practice. He further continued his education at the University of California, San Francisco Endodontic specialty program where he received his Endodontic certificate.
Dr. Shbeeb grew up and went to school in California, where he is an enthusiastic surfer and snowboarder. In his extra time he also enjoys teaching, traveling, reading and hiking.
Endodontist parth Karia , Dmd,ma
Dr. Parth Karia is a Southern California native, where he attended Gahr High School in Cerritos, CA. He studied Biochemistry and Cell Biology at the University of California, San Diego, where he made the decision to pursue dentistry through volunteering in the free dental clinics in San Diego. He then completed a Masters degree in Biomedical Sciences from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. After graduating dental school, he moved to the East Coast to pursue an advanced training in hospital dentistry at Stony Brook University General Practice Residency. Following his passion for saving teeth, Dr. Karia successfully completed Endodontics specialty residency at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Karia has a passion for teaching and also volunteers his time teaching endodontics to dental residents at LAC-USC Medical Center.
Dr. Karia has a passion for community service and served as the Clinic Coordinator for 2 years running the Riverside Free Dental Clinic during his dental school providing weekly free dental services to underserved people. During his specialty endodontics residency, Dr. Karia was one of the only 2 residents selected in the country to serve in an International Outreach Dental Mission Trip to Jamaica.
He was also active in research and presented his research at an oral presentation at the American Association of Endodontists annual meeting in Montreal, Canada.
He moved back home after his endodontics training to Southern California to be closer to his family. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, traveling, watching Lakers games and listening to podcasts. He is also fluent in Spanish, Hindi and Gujarati.
ENDODONTIST Cecilia reguly, dds, msd
Dr. Reguly’s familiarity and passion for dentistry began as a child, as she frequently visited her father’s dental office in Lima, Peru.
Dr. Reguly graduated from Loma Linda University in 2006 and practiced as a general dentist in northern Los Angeles County for over 10 years. She then returned to Loma Linda to pursue her advanced training in Endodontics. After finishing her training she stayed in Loma Linda University as an assistant professor in the Endodontics Department. She also joined the Army Reserves as a commissioned officer in 2015 supporting the Medical Support Unit as a dentist officer.
Dr. Reguly is highly attentive to detail, with a delicate touch and a warm, compassionate chair side manner. She loves building relationships with her patients and is very skilled at managing individuals with dental anxiety. She has provided free dental care by participating in outreach programs in Peru and in the US, as part of CDA Cares.
Dr. Reguly is married and has 2 children. She is very passionate about health, personal growth, fitness, and nutrition. She works with youth groups in her church in her community. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, camping, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends hosting dinner parties.
ENDODONTIST minna chun, DDS,MSD
Dr. Chun was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. She attended high school in La Jolla, CA and completed her bachelor’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology at Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA. Following her passion for dentistry, she earned her DDS degree at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2018 with induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, as well as achieving honors in endodontics and operative dentistry. Dr. Chun went on to obtain a General Practice Residency certificate during her time at the VA Medical Center in Loma Linda, CA. She returned to Loma Linda University School of Dentistry to pursue her endodontic residency training and received her endodontics certificate and MSD degree.
Dr. Chun has since been providing endodontic care for her patients in the Inland Empire and High desert regions. In her free time, Dr. Chun enjoys skiing, traveling, and eating good food with her family and friends.
